Radiant Trilliums Greeting Card

Radiant and unique 5x7 inch folded blank greeting card(s), featuring my striking original illustrations of Trilliums with a royal purple background.

Trilliums are spectacular to see, and known for their iconic three petaled blooms. Sometimes however, nature does one over, and creates anomalies like four petaled trilliums - like the four-petaled painted trillium featured here (which my partner and I have coined “The Quillium!”). Depending on the species, trilliums can range in shades and blends of white, yellow, pink and red-magenta, found growing prolifically in moist, rich and bright shaded/partial shade forest understories in the spring, especially in the joy that is the Appalachian Mountains.
